DS9 Cliffhanger
(spoilers for DS9 -- from back in 1999!)
I have been watching Deep Space 9 with my family and we are up to the final episode. I only realized a couple weeks ago that I never saw any of the late-7th season episodes before and I have No Idea what was/is about to happen.
My mind was completely blown by Gul Dukat ... disguised as a Bajoran .... and in bed with Kai Winn! Oh my poor pained brain.... still, this has been an amazingly devious and dark plot twist.
Kira revisiting her terrorist past.... and teaching all her tricks to the Cardassians! Another great devious and dark twist.
O'Brien and Bashir go into Sloans mind, predating Inception by a decade!
Rom is the Grand Nagus????!!!!
Kasidy is pregnant???!!!!
O'Brien and Bashir each admit that they like each other more than Keiko and Ezri ????!!!!!!
Some things were just a relief to finally get past ---
Ezri and Worf are finally friends (and realized they weren't a good couple -- whew! I am not a Worf shipper, with anyone)
Ezri and Julian finally are together (whew! I don't really ship them, but at least we have no more awkwardness. But what about poor Quark? He was pretty sweet about Dax)
Worf kills Gowron and makes Martok the new chancellor! About time!
And finally, I am not much of a fan of proposals/ weddings -- but Sisko's proposal to Kasidy was great. It melted even me. But we all know it is doomed and something awful is going to happen in the last 2-part episode.... which we will probably watch tonight or tomorrow night.
