(3)Ok, this isn't neccesarrily a "rule," more of just a bit of info: I make all my icons in Microsoft Paint. I do not have Photoshop, so this probably explains the not-so-great quality of the icons for you. But I want you to know I take great time to pixel in many things...Such as small text and other fine details. And it's tons of work.. -_- But I do it anyway. Now on to the icons!!
