That aside, work tonight! Woo, paycheck, here I come! Not that I'll get a single cent of it--- thanks a lot, school. At least gas prices have fallen a bit.... I'll also get to see what my schedule for next week is. I'm hoping I'll get more hours than I did this week (I signed on for twenty at the very least and I barely made ten this week D:), but considering Mary's cut everyone's hours that's unlikely.... Grr. If I didn't like working at Borders so much I'd quit and find another job.
My attempt at being a great student this semester is off to a rocky start. I miss my first Graphic Design assignment as well as my Adolescent Psych paper D: I'm turning my papers for Psych in late, but there's no way to make up for my Graphic Design one. Bugger. Creative Writing and Radio Broadcasting are going well though. Well, I think Radio's going well; it turns out we hand all assignments in online, so it's a little confusing. However, I'll be on the radio by next month! Hurray!!! And you can listen to me too, haha. WKKL streams :D
I haven't had much time to write this week, but I've thought of a way to start my ShinoIno fic. Somewhere in the middle of the fic, Ino is assigned to follow up on a mission she had completed a month or so prior to when the fic starts. However, because the mission turned out to have a rather large impact on her and work it's way into a number of conversations throughout the fic, I figured it might be worth actually writing about said mission. It'll be a prologue to the story. Yay :D.
I am currently (as we speak) working on my Kakashi-Shisui piece. I've decided it'll be apart of an arc, since there are a few other story ideas I wish to elaborate on, but won't fit in this particular piece. My goal is to finish it by the end of the month and then get it beta'd.
My other goal for the month is to officially get voting up fornaruto_choice. Why do I fail so epicly at this contest? DX
Gah, I've hit a filler in Bleach (well, like everyone else too, apparently), but I'll watch it anyway. Now I can confidently move onto the manga though :D. Just gotta find out what chapter the anime left off on (which was cute IchiHime cuteness XD). It just occured to me that I like a lot of pairings (or pairing ideas, at least) for this series, but have NO IDEA what I'd look for in a fanfic. I don't know what there is to really fic about in the series, haha. If anyone has any recs I'd be much obliged though :). I'm pretty much open to anything and any pairing.
Aside from Bleach, I'm watching Honey and Clover. I'm on.... episode five. It kinda reminds me of Here Is Greenwood. Unfortnately, I have no interest in Hagu so far, so it's a little annoying how two of the main characters seem to be obsessed with her :/. I'm hoping as the series progresses she'll be more fleshed out; right now she's looking a little one-dimensional.
Well, I'm off to try and write a bit before work :D I have an interesting meme I want to work on, too. I think people's answers could be very interesting :3.
