Hello friends! Time for the year-end post!
2013 has been a year full of exciting changes and events:
- I finished the educational requirements for my CGA designation, after four rough years of full-time work/study.
- I was promoted at work, and now supervise a team of four awesome young professionals. I am participating in some really exciting projects.
- I met a fantastic guy, and we are celebrating 5 months together this week.
- My grandfather got remarried at 92 (!!!)
- I have increased my volunteer hours with the church, participating on the Sunday morning music team, in addition to leading a weekly small group.
- I spent two and a half weeks in Australia, reconnecting with friends, and attending the wedding of one of my favourite Aussies.
I think that's a pretty great summary. I had some tough times at the start of the year, but with faith and the help of friends and family, I pulled through, and am finishing the year stronger and happier than ever.
