Last night was REALLY fun ^_^
I was also REALLY sick. I'm even sick-er today.
Too tired to update much. If you were at the dance then you know what went on, if not... well, poo on you.
It hurts to talk. And my nose keeps itching on the inside where I feel like I have to sneeze, but I can't, and it WON'T GO AWAY. Urgh.
I love Chris ^_^
After my first shoot yesterday, it was headshots against a black background, I accidentally knocked into one of the photography flags... and the entire set up went down, dominoe style. Like... the flag knocked into another one, knocked into the background, knocked into a flag, knocked into the key lightling source, knocked into the camera stand... every piece of equipment in the photography room fell down. Bob, the camera guy, looked at me with horror in his eyes, then started laughing. It was SOOO embrassing! Jennifer was there, she laughed along with me, it was funstuff.
I wasn't up to staying the next class, so I had my mom pick us up early. Then... got ready at my house, slept a bit, cleaned up, got dressed up and made-up for the dance.
To meet Chris I walked... in the dark, cold, rainy city up to Immaculate. I was content to sit outside for half an hour waiting for Chris to come out so we could walk over to the restaraunt. It was nice...
I sat out there not because I'm stupid, but I was very content... plus, I didn't wanna interrupt whatever was going on in there by my constant coughing. I wasn't cold, I'd gotten used to it from being out there for quite some time on the way up to the church. I liked it, sitting out there, watching the cars go by, and the rain hit the puddles. What was really nice was when I saw Chris all dressed up for the first time that evening. I was staring off into space towards the playground at the school, and I hear him say "cold?", and he's standing in the doorway grinning at me. He looked really great last night.
So we ate at Romeo's, this little Italian restaraunt on Colby. Neither one of us finished much of our food. So we got boxes for it, and dropped it off underneath the benches outside the church. Kept it cold, we wouldn't have to carry it around the dance, and if any bums came across it... they needed it more than we did. The dance was uber fun, I was really tired and weak from coughing, but we did dance quite a lot. I wasn't up to swinging, I did horribly. Chris did awesomely... for once he wasn't too embarassed or whatever to get out there and dance like an idiot. It was really cool to see him like that... he'd promised me that this time would be different, and it was. And I wasn't being to active, and he kept telling me if I wasn't having any fun that we could go sit down, hang out elsewhere, that sorda thing... just to tell him. He was being REALLY great last night. If I hadn't been sick, it would've been the best dance I'd evern been to. Heck, even with me sick, it was the best...
Anyway... we did get our food back. Nobody had taken it. We also snagged a whole bunch of snacks from the counter before we left. Heh heh heh...
Funstuff. Heather and Weston were adorable last night ^_^
So were Jessica and T.J. Chris pointed that out... he was like "Heather and Weston are so cute together!" and, "Awww, Taylor and Jessica are holding hands..." Big grins.
Blech. I feel so cruddy, I think I'm gonna go now... go find some pills to suck on or something. Yurp.
