Arielcon Pacifica 2011 update
For those out there who may be getting their Arielcon news here (instead of the Arielcon Pacifica 2011 Facebook page), here is the itinerary, straight from Anita:
Ok Some specifics about Arielcon Pacifica! It will take place Friday October 14th starting at 10 a.m. at Disneyland. Saturday, October 5th will start out with a character breakfast at the Paradise Pier Hotel at 10 a.m. By noon we will meet up in California Adventure in the front of THE LITTLE MERMAID RIDE! That felt GREAT to type! Then for the next hour we will sea how many times you can ride the ride! Hey maybe we can sink this one! :) And we will do many fun things until World of Color when we get to sea a really big Ariel. Sunday morning many of us will be doing the CHOC walk for Childrens Hospital of Orange County and I will post the team info here if anyone is interested. After that we will all meet for a fun lunch somewhere in California Adventure and adjourn Arielcon around 2 or 3 by riding mermaid together. Disneyland has a Special Ticket Halloween Event Friday night which is around 59 bucks but you can dress up and i will be having a special contest and prizes.. And my ursula outfit will be making an appearance of course with big Flounder!!! The character breakfast will be Saturday morning and costs $30.00 and I will post the characters we will meet then. They have not started the meet and greets with Ariel again yet and she isn't always at the restaurant anymore so one of my friends is working on something for us. There will be many gifts given out all weekend and everyone will receive a goody bag for attending. You do not need to attend all events and if you just want to participate in Arielcon activities it will cost $20.00 a person. That will include a T shirt and a goody bag and all the goodies and prizes you get all weekend. I am including The Happiest Chapter in the Land from the Disneyana Fan Club in this event as well because many have expressed interest in them. Ted Bradpiece from 2 Bears Travel is trying to get a good group price at the Paradise Pier Hotel and that info will be posted up here this week. SEA YOU THERE!!!
