Goodbye, Atlantis Comics

Originally uploaded by AktrezMy local comic book store, Atlantis Comics -- where I have my hold slot and where I have been visiting every week or two for ten years or so -- is closing. They have already stopped recieveing new comics, but they hope to stay open until September selling their inventory, including many back issues that have been hidden in the back room not for sale.
I was going to write about why they were closing, and wonder if any other store were facing the same problem, but I see that owner Rod has declined to go into the reasons (for now) online, so I will do that too...
Atlantis Comics -- you will be missed!
