One of the movies was Penelope, chosen mainly because it has Christina Ricci in it. It's a cute modern-day fairy tale about a pig-faced girl, and I'm surprised it didn't do better in the box office. I was curious to see if maybe it was becoming a cult film on video, so I did some googling. I didn't find anything about a Penelope cult, but I did find a discussion of the film on a message board devoted to women with big noses -- the web site is called pinocchia.com. Don't you love the Internet?
