ok. the shoeswap FROM HELL. i edited these shoes for the 'soft as chalk' dresses so i could have keds because those are my favorite, and after that it should have been smooth sailing, right??? WRONG. how many times did i redo these stupid pants??? because i just kept messing them up??? but they work now and i have a much better understanding of both milkshape and simpe so that's good lmao. usually i wear dresses/ skirts/ shorts (also flip flops approx 360 days of the year, but we'll get to that) bc florida (or my green pixie pants which are my FAV) but when i DO wear jeans i gotta cuff em like this~ also i wanted kimberly to have pants and shoes that match her ts3 look so here we are lol.
there is an issue with the normals (i think? aligning them properly in milkshape fixes it but upon exporting it comes back) that puts a line???? on the waistline where it connects to the top that i cannot fix no matter what i do (and it appears on amaryll's original mesh too) but it only shows up if the waist on your top is nude (like crop tops or tank tops that use afbodynaked mesh) and it isn't TOO noticeable on the thin morph. i don't really use tops that bare the midriff anyway (as you can see in the pics it looks fine with tops that cover the body/ aren't just painted onto the nude mesh) and since the issue is in the original mesh i'm sharing them as is. because i tried for ages to fix it and no matter what i did would >:o again, the below pics are only sharpened and slightly brightened.
