I was watching the extras and deleted scenes from "Queen of the Damned" yesterday and it left me with this lingering question: why the hell does Anne Rice get so bent out of shape over fanfiction when she let filmmakers butcher the living crap out of her characters and storyline?

Hi, Shady. I found your journal via the Reb&VoDKa community although i notice you haven’t posted there in a while. I haven't ever posted in that community (only found it a couple of weeks ago) and don’t know that i ever will. However, your posts were/are interesting & well-reasoned and i wondered if you would like to chat or correspond. (You seem very approachable).

By the way, i'm assuming you *are* still interested in Columbine? If you've moved on then i'm sorry for bothering you and i'll go away. The reason i've approached you is that i've done a great deal of research in a comparatively short amount of time, the result of which is that i'm bursting with questions and have nowhere to take them. My eyeballs are throbbing and my head is spinning!

I realise the obvious thing would be to post to Reb&VoDKa but there's not much happening over there and I find some of the members a little intimidating although, admittedly, i don't know them. I would much prefer to open a dialogue with someone like yourself. Please do check out my journal if you want to get an idea of me. I mostly post pictures of my pets & such so there isn't a huge amount there. But i think (i hope) you'll see that i'm genuine.
