This fic is so insane to me. Its like some Goosebumps shit.

It reminds me of one of those random movies, that comes on channel five or something, on a Thursday afternoon. These bizarre movies that you sit watching, thinking, 'WTF, is this?' the entire time.
They arent movies anyone knows, or youll ever see again, but you were flipping the channels and something grabbed you for that split second; so you stayed and kept watching.
And I mean all of that in the best possible way.
Im sitting here reading this thinking this is all so strange. And I love it; just like those crazy movies!

I love that your main characters, arent all human.
And that wonderment of Kris as a child.
I just love this off the wall storyline. I dont know anything about this 'Whisper of the Heart' business and if thats where the plot comes from but kudos to you for running with it either way. :D

OMG YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN WHISPERS OF THE HEART? /capslock I didn't run too far with the Whispers of the Heart storyline (which is about a middle school girl who wants to become a writer and is inspired by a cat figurine in an antique shop). I only pulled an antique shop setting from that flick. Other than that it's from my head.

But thank you though! Glad you like the screwed-upness of my fic. I can't wait to post the other chapters. I don't think I've been so excited to work on a fanfic in such a long time. :D

Yes. This. Exactly. That was one of my favorite books as a child and this story reminds me of it so much so I feel very nostalgic right now.

This reminds me of the Sweet Valley Twins Magic Christmas, which is a book I love. I was actually thinking of writing a kradam story based off of that book but I'm not much of a writer, so I pretty much flipped my chair in excitement over this.

I'm so excited to read more, and just to respond to a previous comment, I LOVE Whispers of the Heart. That is one of my favorite anime movies.

This story basically reminds me of every single book I read and loved when I was a kid. Just the whole...feel of it. Sorry I can't really explain it right now. This chapter made me tear up.
