GWAR!!!
Looking at my friends pages I can see I'm not the ONLY person with a shitty Monday Morning!
It started well, we had a great ShadowRun session lest night, lotta fun went to bed woke up and heading to work, I'm sitting in my car listening to Metallica thinking of what I need to get done at work and fitting in Payroll to process this week when I glance at my dashboard and see my temp gauge creeping up higher than normal, since I am sitting in bumper to bumper traffic I don't think anything serious is going on and gear down my car to ease up in the engine...it worked but not as fast as it shood and later down the road it creeps back up.
DAMN IT!
So I get my ass to work, park in the shade and let the car cool. First thing I do is to check my CC Cards and see that I have enough for car repairs if something really is wrong cna call around to find a shop that can fit me in today. None near my work, one near my house, again damn it! So when my boss enters I tell him my car is acting funny and I want to get it to the shop ASAP to have it looked at, he was cool. I was there for a few hours anyway since i needed to let the car completely cool down so I got 80-90% of my daily shit done and boogied out of there at 11:45. Made it to the repair place no prob temp gauge only started to creep up again when I was a block away from the place.
I'm thinking that either the thermostat is stuck (happened before) or some leftover crap from when my head gasket blew last October got lodged into a hose somewhere, a full coolant flush should take care of that, since this is the FIRST time it's over heated since that was fixed it shouldn't be a major prob, will cost a few hundred (ow...) but not that big a problem...I hope at least.
THEN I see the mayhem on the SP Forums...oy....x_x.
Well I better call the Repair shop and see what's up...laters!
