wow, madison is great. of course, compared to blacksburg, I think most parts of Iraq are considered great. It's just so..................... flat. I can't get over that, I'm used to mountains in the distance. Since you can't see any, it feels like you're always at the top of a hill, even when you're walking uphill.... for me anyway. I'll miss you moutains =(
My apartment seems cool, it's close to the center of everything and looks pretty, it's an old house split up into several apartments. the rooms are a bit smaller than I'd like, but do-able.
there's no good parking there though, everyone rides god damn mopeds. At vTech there was a guy who was THE moped guy, up there you see one every 10 feet. I'm almost temped to look into them, it's a hard city to get around in by car, but much easier on two wheels. I just don't know how it'd work in the winter.
I have 2 months of summer job work before I get to that though....
