Why do I have such bad luck with cars? Why?
Yeah, as you've probably guessed, I am without wheels yet again. This time I didn't kill it, I ended up slamming into this stupid son of a bitch who just popped out of an alleyway without stopping. Hopefully the insurance doesn't declare it a total loss, the damage wasn't really that bad. I didn't really get hurt, but my left shoulder is sore from the seatbelt, and I'm just generally sore from smacking into the airbag. Thank god for heating pads, this thing's helping a lot.
Was going to get a rental car for the time being, but all the place had was minivans and there's no way in hell I'm driving one of those in the snow when I'm not used to it. Called off of work for tonight, as I'm sore and have no way to get there anyway. The rental place should have a car in by tomorrow, so at least I shouldn't miss too much work.
