Still Hair
So lots of thinking happened. Lots of talking happened. Dragon even registered his opinion. And a semi decision was settled on.
Here's the before picture:
It's actually longer than Lynn or I thought it really was. See, we know it's long so we don't actually pay a ton of attention to it, other than to appreciate that it's there. So he used his hands to mark on my legs how long it was, where most of it ended, and talked to me about the length differences.
After the scissors did their work this is what we were left with:
Not actually a whole lot of difference. But it's all even now and there was some cutting which I think I mentally needed, even it wasn't a lot. Lynn trimmed about 3 inches in total off the ends. Later when we measured it it came out to 45.5 inches. It's still an insane length and I'm not feeling loss over the inches. If in a week I feel that I can go a bit shorter we'll take off another 3 inches or so. For today though I'm good.
And boy was I tempted to cut that second picture just to add to the suspense. *laugh*
