Physical therapy this morning was painful. I was already in more pain than normal from being the landing bag for flying child this weekend. Stretching and pulling that arm today didn't help. The electric pads that they use on my muscles got really strong at the end, making my arm jump all around. I had to ask her to turn it off because it was hurting.

I really don't want to do much of anything but I need to go down and do dishes soon.

Really the only thing I've managed to do is figure out what sets I want to use on my Bots Mastermind in Villains.
