*Yawn*
Just now walking in the door. I got tired of sitting home alone all the damn time with nothing to do so I went out. Besides, I figure if anybody really wants to talk to me they have access to my cell and I don't need to be the one always doing the reaching.
I went over to a coworkers house to help out/give creative suggestions for the birthday cake we made for another coworker. After the cakes (yes, you read that right) were baked and set out to cool we played in the pool then had dinner. This woman can cook .... ribs, baked beans and potato salad. *sigh* So good. (That plus the catered lunch provided by the building today from Fratelli's and I've eaten better in one day than I have in the past few weeks)
After dinner was done we broke out the frosting and the other decorating goodies and let the creative pixies have their way. I'm really impressed with the results. I can't wait to share a picture, I got several of the decorating process and a couple good ones of the final product but just in case said coworker reads this I can't post the picture until tomorrow. (Yes, all my coworkers know of this blog now as I posted the link in a requesting sponsors page I put up on the board in the kitchen). We sat out on the back porch and talked until .... way too late, or early, depending on how you run the numbers.
I have to be up in 4.5 hours. I'm so going to be dead at work later today ... on the plus side it's a half day since we run out at 2 on Fridays. I'm planning on crashing hard after work since I'm pulling the 24 hour insanity of blogathon on Saturday.
