Okay, when laying down makes the migraine worse .... you know it's going to be a long, long night. I feel like I've been whacked up side the head with a bat a few times. This, added to the very real dreams of being back with the abusive ex, real enough that my back was killing me when I woke up this morning, makes for a rather pain-filled day.
