Whee! Exercise!

Tally of exercise since last Sunday:
Yoga session
Stretch session
Run: 3 min walk/2 min run x6
Women's health dvd: cardio & balance and flexibility workouts
No-crunch ab workout (sort of - side planks kill me)
No gear workout (the one I did last sunday) - one set of all moves except move 4 which is the killer. Managed 7 reps this time instead of 4 thanks to Chris's encouragement :)

Today I went on another run: 2 min walk, 2 min run x 8 which actually went fairly well. I must get myself a stopwatch coz I'm having to rely on my watch which doesn't show seconds.

I'd love to say I've been eating healthily and eating less than usual but I think that all went to pot with the 1 year anniversary dinner on Friday night at Hussar. It was a wonderful, romantic night but not all that good for losing weight. Oh well. It's a new week this week. :D
