I can sleep when I'm dead...

but I'd still really like a nap right now.

Vegas was awesome, Ryan and I won about $500 via craps and poker.  Enough to pay for the entertainment/food portion of the trip, at least.  I've found Treasure Island is quite a nice hotel/casino to stay in - hey, it ain't as fancy as Mandalay Bay or MGM, but it is in the middle of the strip and a lot cheaper than Bellagio or the Venetian, or even Caesar's.  And it was just fine - the room was nice, the bathrooms were huge, the casino was fun to play in, and the restaurants were good.  Couldn't ask for much more than that.

This trip was a nice one.  Not too much pressure to go-go-go, like previous Vegas trips.  Lots of lounging around, shopping, eating, etc.  We saw the Crazy Horse Paris girlie show at MGM, which was very good and artsy and classy, despite the fact that it was a topless show.  Also Penn & Teller, whom I had never seen live before.  Their show was good, a lot more comedy than straight-up magic, actually.  Still, my favorite was Teller turning coins into swimming goldfish.  That was pretty damned cool.

oh, and I finally got ahold of a bottle of Mac's new black nail polish, which is sold out at nearly every MAC store on the planet.  found it at Macy's in the Fashion Show Mall next to my hotel.  Rock on.

I'm really glad we have nothing too exciting going on for the next couple of weeks.  I'm exhausted and want to kick it in front of the TV.
