I had been happy as a knight of the Summer.  I was in love and in favor with my Queen, and she shone brighter than any sun.  I would have done anything for her, and that was what she asked of me.  Everything.  My quest to prove my love, an exchange for peace.  She traded me to the Unseelie Court, to serve their Queen, to be their knight.

I make no assumption either way. You may be cruel, but not absolute in it, or you may be devoted to the pursuit of others' pain. What I find most rare is absolute kidness.
