Back from Dragon-Con
well we are back from dragon-con. we all had a wonderful time meeting new people and drinking. Then partying and more drinking... and buying stuff... and drinking... you get my drift.
Thursday: we left at like 7am and get there around 2:30pm. By we i mean, mother, father, me and Leo... Leo is my brother Jason's best friend from when we lived in New Jersey. (He just moved down here) We got our room and relaxed a little before Jean called and asked us to bring over the microwave she had asked for and the hot dogs and buns with some other odds and ends things. Then Jean asked me and Leo to take her friend Liz ( a hearing impaired MS person) to the registration line to get her tickets and we ended up skipping the entire line and going over to the disability area and getting our tickets then. :P Then we had that little party in Jean's room and then went to bed.
Friday: Leo and I walked around all over the place and helped mom and dad set things up for the Con and i saw some good panels. Then Leo, mom and dad took me to MDarkDreamers room and sat around and talked and had a great time...
Saturday: We all got up and got painted by my mother and watched the parade. We had a wonderful view from our 3rd story balcony. Kayelle and Ally were there and they are really good writers like my mommy!!!!!... And Leo and I walked around with tiger and kitty make up on. and we handed out a lot of my moms postcards... They are an advertisement for Seti's Heart... Mommy's next book. Well after that Leo and i went into the Dealers room and some guy grabbed my boob and took that stupid ass flimsy badges that we paid 85.00s for. So the rest of the day i was very upset and spent the rest of the day in my room. Leo got me up and painted again and we went to this gay party and we handed out a lot more of my mom's postcards.
Sunday: Then Sunday we got up pretty late and like hung out most of the day going to panels and trying to get my badge back... i was a very upset person.. almost had an attack. Around 4 o'clock Kayelle came over and me and her chit chatted for about an hour until Ally and Mommy showed up cause they were discussing a possible business transaction. At about 5 my mother painted us again and we went to this gay party and we handed out a lot more of my mom's postcards. she tripled her hits on her website because of Leo and I. Leo got drunk... and i was Buzzed. Leo was a funny Drunk... we all had a good time at those Parties. :P And this one had a free bar!
Monday: Leo woke up with a really really bad hang over and I woke up just fine just still a little upset about my badge... we just hung out at the room and went to the ending panel for the Tolkien track and then went to take a nap in the room... when i woke up mom and dad were gone and Leo was still sleeping. I know mom and dad went to Dark's Room so i just told Leo that i was going to Dark's and off i went. Mom and Dad show up at Dark's after i had been there for an hour and my dad was a little freaked cause i was not in the room when he got back. So they didn't know where i was even thou i told Leo that i had gone. Then we all sat around with everyone... except JEAN. and just talked and had some drinks and pizza. It was a blast!!!!
Tuesday: We packed up and went home..... and thats it!!!
This weekend had been a blur now that i think about it.. so if my facts are wrong i am sure that who ever was there can correct me... well see you all on the flip side
