PlotBunny: Firefly + X-Men
I was hopping through the forest one fine afternoon when suddenly a bunny bonked me on the head with it's magic story-rock.
Darned Plot Bunnies...
Now I have an idea for an x-men/firefly crossover...
Would star Logan and Victor, possibly a few other select mutants, and the Firefly cast (AU - Serenity hasn't happened yet).
Would anyone be interested in reading this ficlet?
My idea would likely take 10,000 words or more. Not sure if I'd post in chapters or a oneshot, but I'm not going to bother writing it if no one is interested - I rarely enjoy reading my own works (I honestly thought I had no talent for years before a friend (who worked at a publishing company, not sure if she was an editor or one of the people who read the drafts before deciding if the story was worth editing at all) convinced me that I was simply too harsh a critic on myself with a few well chosen words, something along the lines of "So what if YOU think it's shoddy? It's leaps and bounds above most of what I have to read on a daily basis").
I'm off to bed soon, but any input is appreciated on the matter, even if you only rant about how much you hate Firefly (if that's even possible).
