underlined bands are the bands i would want to see....but as you can see, Lollapoolza seems to suck as of right now. yet somehow with that lineup i dont feel they will cancel it like last year.
so i went to two job interviews yesterday. one was for maintenance of the Orcahrd Hill/Central area, the other was painting. both went well and even though i said i was open to either job i do soemwhat want the painting job more. the maintenance job has with it the need to drive the truck and umass does not insure the trucks basically so even if i backed out bad, it comes out of my insurance. both jobs basically work from 7 am till 3 pm for 9 bucks an hour 5 days a week. it would give me an afternoon and night so woot. hope i can get one of them cuz they seem to be one of my best bets for summer employment.
my schedule is worrying me. Xenos class is filling up way too fast. i should see him soon not just to introduce myself to him since he is my advisor but to be like "yo...can you let me in yr class" more importantly. shit, only 7 seats are left in Xenos class :-/ yeah we will need a talk. yesterday me and idalecio put in our summer classes. i just did my Summer Session 1 Deans Book, i will do my existentialism class later when i get a pay check :-P. but poor idalecio has fuckin 10 credits for the summer! just two more credits and thats a normal semester, nuts man!
i only have two papers left for school that i should start soon. i got like 3 books i need to read along with several essays i imagine. i know i have one in class writing assigment and one test left for sociology. one test left for bio. the paper for issues, the other paper for american politics, a book for american political thought and thats it. i do have 4 finals though :-/....Comp Pol, American, AmericanPolThought and Issues.....3 of them are on the same day!!!
we are slowly finalizing this house biznatch. we got the forms, just need to fill them out and i guess give first and last months rent and we can the house for the summer. i think we will sublet first, see how the summer goes and then lease in september. no price difference really. i did the math, might loose individually 40 bucks each in that scenario but its a safe bet.
its very rainy, looks like a day at Raos but i think EVERYONE would think that. and Brunos pizza is evil in the grease...no breakfast today.
