Greatness
Well, it's been a week so I'll share the awesomeness of my peoples! For my birthday I got: an electric kettle from mom, my best friend gave me her old iPod, a white tiger queen size mink blanket from my adopted dad, my evil chipmunk and mother of my godson gave me the Soft Kitty hoodie from The Big Bang Theory, and I got myself Lover Reborn by JR Ward, Soulless by Gail Carriger, Torchwood: Bay of the Dead, Doctor Who: The Pirate Loop, the 10th Doctor's sonic screwdriver and a white tea steeping cup with a tree on it from Tea Forte. Technically I got myself the last part of the list, but gma put money in my account for my birthday because I was on campus taking two exams for it so it could really count as both. (Update on gma: walking a bit better, still has trouble with her left arm, her leg therapist next month will probably stop coming until later on but her arm therapist will still come twice a week.)
Now I'm watching eggshells dissolve in vinegar, think I'm going to wait until they're ready for the next part of the experiment and finish off all my biology labs in one day. Just have to work on being motivated to work on my reports for the class, which I can get done in a day and have my notebook finished to turn in, but it's biology.... I'm much more of a physics person. The inside joke is that I'm more of a Leonard than a Bernadette or Amy. My best friend is a Sheldon. This week's assignments are super easy. Computer exam, Access Assignment 3, Speech Assignment, and then chapter 22 of Planetary Astronomy with assignment and quiz. I also have all three power point assignments finished for computer, just have to do the ITlab part and turn them in, but after I finish the Access one. This semester is almost over!
Next fall I'm taking my last 6 credit hours of general education electives and then transferring to a University in the spring. Whoohoo! Ready for the semester to be over with though so I'm not tempted by distraction of crafts. There are sooo many of them saved to my project jump drive. And so many books on my TBR pile.
