Moyra's Web Jewels
Many years ago, when I was first playing with creating websites, I was fortunate enough to stumble across the most beautiful 'mine' I've seen, even to date. A woman I knew only as 'Moyra' was creating a set of graphics almost weekly to share with those such as myself who couldn't possibly come up with art as exquisite as this.
Sadly, Moyra's Web Jewels has disappeared. I have no idea what happened, only that I was contacted by a fellow fan of her work and asked if I knew what happened, as she had closed down her site and everything was gone. I still have the many sets I was fortunate to have saved, and was wandering through them recently and decided to try sharing them with people instead of keeping them tucked away on my hard drive.
So I will be using what I can of her sets, changing them as the whim takes me (and time permits!) I just want to state very clearly that NONE of these graphics sets are in any way my creation! They are all the work of Moyra, and if anyone out there stumbles across these and has any clue as to what happened I would dearly love to hear, as although we didn't know each other, I was forever grateful to her for being so giving of her talent and time.
