It was a sea of yellow. An endless garden, spread out in every direction. The entire surface of the planet was covered in the vibrant flowers, gently swaying in the warm breeze. Almost glowing in the late afternoon sun. Filling the air with the scent of honey and spring.
The Doctor bent down and picked one, holding the blossom out to River and brushing it back behind her ear. She smiled, entwining her fingers into his, holding the intensity his gaze. She felt giddy, never wanting the perfect moment to end.
"I love you too," she whispered and kissed him.
