How do you expect me to communicate something properly, in a language i dont speak, when i have no idea what you are talking about and what is normal.
im going to have a bucket of fucking fun today being torn to shreds for three failed items, one of them, genuinely is my own mistake, and i am fully responsible for it. the second is a failure of communication between languages... sand brushed may not mean in french what we suppose it means in english, and without a picture its pretty hard to guarantee anything will be as intended, the third is a failure of communication internally.... i have no idea wtf this item looks like, we dont have a system for stating modifications, if you describe it as a product that is white on the outside and yellow in the middle and ive never seen it before, i will assume that is standard and order the white/yellow version, if you say nothing about it being a modification. this is EXACTLY why i asked for the system of stating modifications to the original item to be put in a separate column on the order and not in the item description... no one else in industry puts changes in the description, only in modifications. and what... now my boss is telling you that putting a different finish on a item is not a modification because it can come in three different finishes... uhm... yes it is, because the DEFAULT finish for that item is one thing, and you can CHANGE IT, it MODIFY the item to have a different finish.
its funny, because i demanded and set up a system where we wouldnt have problems like this, and these are all orders from before that system was in place. and you know what? im going to get chewed up and spat out because of it. how could i make these mistakes, was it not clear, (no, it was not, it was obviously going to cause problems thats why i asked for it to be changed, and lo and behold it did), what am i going to do to make sure it doesnt happen again, (i allready put a system in place to prevent it just after these orders), that isnt good enough! i just dont know how to get through to you, i just dont know what to do with you. imply stupidity and worthlessness... that seems to be your main tactic. every single fucking problem in this business is my fucking fault. the boiler is fucked, somehow thats me. the network goes down, somehow thats me.
