it gave me a lol.
the company that ignores all of our emails and sends everything late and doesnt stick to our dates or their dates and are generally a shambles... have just asked if we can send them a weekly document tabling all of the items they have ordered from us (we supply them too) and when they are due to receive them!
for them, i have to send an email weekly about the items they are ment to send to us. and they ignore it until after they have sent the shipment, or they say yeah items are in the shipment when they are not. or say these three items will be missing, and forget to mention the 15 others that will also not be there. or they will come back three weeks later and be like ooohh we didnt know this order existed!! and sometimes its obvious they arent paying a fucknugget of attention because they will have sent half of the order before, as described. they will not give me answers about the dates, they wont fill in a form for us and just dont seem to have any inkling at all about any of our orders, when they should be sending them to us, how long they should take or anything else. if they even get the order correct in the first place.
