From Winter to Summer
Well, it's about 70 degrees (fahrenheit) outside today. I could have sworn last Thursday it was about 40 degrees? >.< I'm so happy though because I'm not a winter person.
Anyway, NJASK starts next week. *sigh* I hate standardized tests. They base just about everything on it, what classes you go into, what books you have to read, etc. It's really unfair too. Hypothetically, you could have a student who's practically a reincarnation of Einstein, but cracks under pressure and does poorly on standardized test. That's the same reason why I didn't make it into enriched science because I cracked under pressure from the math section. (If you score high enough in Language arts you go into enriched English and Social Studies, if you score high enough in Math you go to Algebra/Pre Algebra and enriched Science.)
Anyway, I managed to watch Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series on my iPod today without being called a loser/dork/geek whatever. I told them it was a parody and let them watch. Everyone thought is was funny. (Yay!) I do feel upset though. Now everyone is gonna search for it and want to see it. It makes me feel less special because only a few people in my school have seen it. :(
Oh well, at least they still make me laugh. Thank you, LittleKuriboh.
