General anaesthesia has some very odd effects. For example, one can have perfectly sensible and lucid conversations while waking up and be almost completely unable to remember the content of said conversations half an hour later.
I am achy and wobbly and generally unable to walk down the hill to the bus stop, so school is out until I can do that unassisted, carrying a large bag of school books. That might not be til next week, I don't know.
