Happy Birthday to Me!
I just had the greatest birthday of my life...thus far :D
Ok, update time :)
Drove home to Gtown for my birthday.
Wednesday morning: Wake up, Usual birthday greetings form family. Go out with Rob, JB, n Micah to D Lair. Get back, eat hot dogs. Go to Whataburger and meet up with my bestest friends in the whole wide world ;D (Rob Dawg, Mel Mel, Cassie, JB, Micah) We uh..eventually get to alamo draft house to see war of the worlds (good movie) then head to La Frontera to maggie moo's for some awesome ice cream. after a while, headed out with matt, billy, russell, russ's summer fling (cant remember her name lol), and Mel Mel to go trespassing and climb pearl elementary school. Someone spit on russ's car as we leave (man he was pissed lol) dropped everyone off, me n matt went and chilled at my place for the night. (went to bed at like 5am) Wake up at 10 am, go pick up micah, then snagged melissa from her house. Took the "scenic" route to Downtown Austin (which is 1000 times more awesome than downtown Houston. 2nd time i turned the wrong way on a one way street (oops) First we hit it to the Austin Museum of Art, some kool stuff there. Then the walk around dtown Austin, (so freakin sweet) We ate at the sweetest chipotle ive ever been to. I cant wait to move back to Austin. So then I drop everyone back off, head over to mothers work to get some stuff from there, (including a credit card there). Got a full tank of gas, ate some quadrupel chocolate something or other, loaded up my car with LOTS of stuff, then headed off for Houston. So this was by far the best birthday I have ever had, or can remember. I began to wonder to myself why I was allowed to have such a perfect 2 days and why I was so happy. Where was the balance? well, my question was answered with the nicest police officer ive ever met. caught me doing 78 in a 65 ;) (20 more seconds and i would have been at 100 and I would be in jail) The police officer noticed my expired registration sticker, but was so nice he said he wouldnt write me a ticket for it. (which would have been another 90 bucks) but i did get the ticket for speeding. it will cost me 165 bucks, but oh well. the experiance was great. I wanna send in a note with my money to the courthouse telling them how great a guy that officer was, and they should give him a bonus or something. Then as soon as I got back I started HXC cleaning. and my apartment has this gigantic face lift and looks sooooo different.
So...I got another promotion at work. I am going to be a checker now as well. (Cashier is another name)
Ill be heading back to Gtown again this wed. Have a good ol group get together and then well see what else will happen.
