My birthday!
Oh good golly gosh--12:03 last night, Fi turned around from her computer and tossed me a bag of dried apricots while solemnly stating, "Here you go, you bum."

Opened my presents from home this morning. I love my family so much. You can tell my mom and my dad shopped separately (Dad probably took Littlest Sister along) 'cause while Mom got me a book on writing and a Sherman's Lagoon comic book and the Keiko Matsui CD from Amazon.com, the other box had:
Puffs facial tissues with an ice-skating penguin hologram!
Colored Goldfish crackers
2 packages of beef jerky
1 package of smoked sausage
1 package of Oreos
6-pack of Oriental Ramen!
1 container of Meadow-creme candy pumpkins
1 container of candy corn
2 toothbrushes
1 package of 60% cocoa Ghiradelli chocolate chips
I love how even though it'd be much cheaper for me just to buy that stuff out here, my family buys it and sends it to me. Because they know I'll love it, and they don't care about the money, they care about me. *huggles them all*
And I got Yukio Mishima's Snow Spring from my Uncle and Aunt on my mom's side and an absolutely beautiful hair barrette as well. *snuggles them* I was just lamenting my lack of barrettes yesterday! And now I have something to read when I get done with all those papers...
I shall now stop spamming your flists and go back to my regularly scheduled activities: ie getting ready for school and squeeing over my Twirling Penguin!facial tissues. (Bwaha, it's so weird not to say Kleenex...)
