“For the love of someone’s God quit fidgeting already!”
“Shut up, Junior.”
“You’re so cute when you’re nervous.” Anna giggled as she walked circles around Andy, eyeing her up and down.
“Stop with the vulture walk already, I’m getting dizzy.” Andy snapped, hands on her hips as she stared the young Italian down.
When the door opened and Bobby poked his head in Anna jumped and rushed to the door, nearly slamming it on his nose. “No peeking! Because I said so, and… okay we’re not naked but no peeking anyway!”
His hearty chuckle echoed through the wood as he shook his head. “Ten minutes ‘til show time.”
Waiting until she heard him leave, Anna opened the door and poked her head out beaming.
“Junior, this is my wedding. I should be more nervous than you are.”
“You need me to play Bridezilla for you. Don’t want you having a heart attack before you say ‘I do.’” Anna squealed when Andy growled and pulled up her dress, ready to steam roll the kid if she made another joke.
But that’s what friends are for, right?
