Nobody respects the sanctity of my butt
I need to stop volunteering information. I got my Depo shot today and as the nurse was prepping my right arm for the injection, I said, "Boy, I'm sure glad you chose that arm! My left is still sore from my DTaP vaccine." She kind of Mmm-hmm'd and I added, "Fortunately, the H1N1 shot I got felt better in no time."
And then the nurse stops what she's doing to check, "You've had a vaccine in both arms recently?" I answer yes, cause I have, and she says that we can't use my arms. You can all guess where that leaves.
Now my ass is sore. I mean, it's more my lower back/hip area, but definitely part of my butt. Not keen, man. Not keen.
I tell my loving husband and my dearest best friend and what do they do? Laugh, the bastards.
