I will crush the world under my angry, angry boot
Went to the doctor's today for what should have been a quick checkup.
Took me an hour just to get in to see my GI doc.
He greets me with, "So, who're you talking to about your abnormal kidney issues?"
My response? "What kidney issues?"
Turns out that I have had several instances of pretty high creatine spikes in my bloodwork in the past. Spikes no one noticed and/or told me about till today, even though the first one dates back to a year and a half ago. EVEN THOUGH, I VISITED MY PCP IN NOVEMBER ABOUT KIDNEY PAINS.
He sent me to get some bloodwork done and I am to call him on Tuesday to get more information. He reminded me that kidneys aren't his specialty, as he's a GI doc, but that he'll look into if for me. Hopefully it's nothing.
Still, I'm tired of it always being something. Today was supposed to be in and out, "hey my symptoms are gone, everything's finally looking up" day, not "by the way, your kidney's aren't functioning properly" day.
AND we couldn't go see Sherlock Holmes today.
AND AND MY BROTHER DECIDED TO BAIL ON ME TODAY JUST LIKE HE BAILED ON ME FOR CHRISTMAS. NOT COOL JOSH. VERY NOT COOL.
