The most recent Oots used a gender pronoun. Freudian slip, I wonder?
Taught my first class of Othello. One of my students came up to gush about how much she enjoyed the lecture, and Ginger (whose book on Othello was also cited in my Signet Classic edition of the play...) told me I did a damn fine job. She approved of my opening with this clip:
