For those not on shogunhb's f-list, go see how our kittens have grown! I'm a bad kitty-mommy, and failed to mention their 8 week birthday last Thursday, but I'm making up for it by posting more pictures of them being adorable. Still, those pictures really hammer home just how tiny our little monsters err..adorable angels were. They're so much bigger and more kitten-shaped than they were, but I'm still taken aback at the size of other peoples' cats. They all look huge.
As of today, Captain weighs 1lb 13.5oz,
and Islay weighs approx. 1lb 9+oz. (Unlike her brother, Islay wouldn't cooperate on the scale.)
Their new favorite game is to play this on my head at night:
My kittens are mighty hunters. Quite fearsome, to be sure.
You see how that blue mouse is hiding for his life, right?

Here, Captain is debating whether or not he will eat the camera. Mighty and fearsome, remember?

In a nonkitten-related pic, the two coolest pictures taken the day of k1ttycat's babyshower were snapped on the way to the restaurant.
And you wondered where orphans came from, didn't you? Knowing where this is will come in handy when we finally set up our urchin-based economy.
I kinda wanna live there. It would be the location of the Best. LARP. Ever.
