This is what happens when you are surrounded by amazing food and wine on a daily basis, and you kinda like to cook. You can't help but become addicted but also inspired.
Christmas Eve dinner
Wine:
Cabernet Sauvignon- Vitner's
Savignon Blanc-Tohu
Pinot Noir- Hartford
Chardonnay- Woop Woop
I am responsible for the wine and the first course. Since recently I have been priviledged to work every day with such a brilliant chef, I have decided to go with an amuse bouche.
Amuse Bouche. def: \a-'myuz bush\ [Fr. amuse the mouth] 1: small appetizer bites served first course when dinner guests are first seated
Creamed Artichoke Puff with Parmesan Cheese
Tuscan Tomato Basil Bisque served shot glass style
Spring Mix with carrots, organic tomatos, and cucumber with a grapefruit-chipotle vinaigrette.
Yes, I made it all myself.
