I went to close my SMJ account in hopes of getting my deposit money back, as I am super tight right now, only to find my account is gone. Thanks for warning me SMJ that you delete accounts for inactivity without any kind of warning first. Awesome. Never using a deputy service again.

Wow. Adding this to my list of reasons to never use SMJ. I've never had a problem with Noppin, though I think the longest I was inactive there was 6-9 months.

Out of curiosity, how long were you inactive?

About a year and a half. I looked over the rules after I couldn't log in and it claimed my email wasn't on file, and it says they delete accounts after a year of inactivity. I really wish they had sent out an email WARNING me of this when it was getting close to a year. So thats money I'll never see again :/

oh and just logging in doesn't count as activity to them. You have to be bidding or stuff along those lines to count. :(
