To my Athens friends
As you may have guessed Ben and I are moving back to Athens and we need your help in finding a place to live. I have kind of picky criteria though. We need a 1-2 bedroom house/duplex where we can have dogs and cats. We currently have two cats but I want a dog. I really want to live less than 2 miles from the vet school so I could walk or bike to class but that is becoming a lot more flexible recently. And we can not afford more than $800 a month. We would prefer a fenced in yard, but that is more of a luxury at this point.
We came down last weekend and drove around the 5 points aread and called around but all of the houses are getting snatched up fast and since we live in atlanta we can't just go out and look at the house. So if you find something that does not look like a complete dive please forward us the information!
It looks like we will be down in athens again this sunday to look and try and find a place so if there are ones we should look at, even if it is does not perfectly fit above criteria... let me know.
