I'm gonna get into college... I got a 1330 on the SATs... :-) Ah, I'm done now. Hmm... the ultimate question: Is breaking that 1400 really worth retaking the test in the fall? love, me
and, sats don't really matter. It just depends on the school you want. Like some schools are really snobby and say that you need a 1400. But! A lot of good schools (and ivy's) love a 1330. SAT don't really count for getting in. What they do is... once all the kids who say "hey, thanks for accepting me, i'm coming to your school in the fall", submit their paper work, the colleges and universities do the whole averaging of sats. If they have a higher average of sat scores, then their market value (or some ranking order) goes up. If you think you can do better, I'd say "why not." But, it was unanimous amoungst seniors that the fall sats of our senior year were a lot harder.
But don't worry too much about sats. They like the whole package. They will like you and want you anyway. ;)
Nice job! I guess you really oughtn't to be taking advice from me, as I haven't taken the real SATs yet and don't really have a comprehensive understanding of how they work, but if you want just try it and see if you could do better, there doesn't seem to be any harm in that. Or you could practice what you preach to me and go have fun instead of taking a test...;). Either way, you don't have to worry about college!
