(no subject)
I am so furious right now I could scream!!! My boss said, "Yeah, I think Friday should be pretty dead. I don't think it would be a problem for you to leave at noon."
So, now Friday comes and he won't let me go at noon. I'm trying to BEG to get out of here at 2PM instead as a compromise but we will see. He's in asshole mode today apparently. And the worst part of it all is, I'm on LJ doing nothing. It's DEAD here. This really really sucks! So they are doing inventory...so they have most of us office people counting raw material...Why should I be stuck here when it's so dead. I really need to start up the job search again come January. *deep sigh*
Doug & Kerri will be at my place around 2PM, driving all the way from Ohio and I don't know if I can be there. Work really sucks!!!! I just hope they arrive safe and sound through all the snow. I guess they can just call me when they get here and I can run over and let them in, worst case scenario.
