(note that I read this as "favorite" or "well-liked")
1) Kutner of House. I mean, he's fun, and spunky, and has thrill issues.
2) Karrin Murphy of The Dresden Files. A strong, independent woman who kicks supernatural ass, isn't romantically attached to the lead, and feels no shame in having an on-again/off-again man-toy. What more could you want?
3) Keller, Dr. Jennifer of Stargate: Atlantis. Aside from instantly being fond of her for her actress's Firefly pedigree, she's cute, sweet, and extremely competent (well, except for Pegasus-related bizarro pseudo-science)
4) Kaylee of Firefly. She's sweet, shiny, has pretty good taste in guys, and is also extremely competent (I sense a theme...). Also, chicks and machines do it for me, especially in combination :).
5) Kara "Starbuck" Thrace* Awesome, hot fighter pilot with assorted badassitude. Also possibly with a Destiny.
*note that this is predictive, I've only seen a handful of epps, I'm waiting to see them in a few months)
