But that's because I feel like there really hasn't been any. Just lots of ups and downs on the scale even though I've gotten back into the habit of the gym. I lost 1.8 lbs this week though, so WOO. Of course, I went up about that the week before so it just balances out. Haha
I finally got started on my personal trainer certification education. I received my freaking textbook in the mail the other day. I haven't had an actual textbook in 7 years! I also get videos online that show me how to physically go through the motions of some of the exercises, which is much more helpful than just a description and 2-3 pictures in the book. I'm excited about it all though and hope that I'll pick up some new tips and techniques to incorporate into my own workout routine since I seem to have been stalled all damn year long. :(
