My last post was like seven months ago. Yeah, I'm mostly doing stuff on my blogs now.
Here's the most interesting updates:
- I have officially written 10 (and 3/4) books. Death's Aria was written in January. Half was written in April. Quarter (sequel to Half) was written in June. I started A Straight Cut but got about 3/4 of the way through before I ( Read more... ) -

I'm spending most of my time on other social networks (Twitter, Facebook, Blogger), but here are important updates.
- I finished book #7, The Gears of Anbar, the sequel to The Might of the Steelgods from September 2010.

Sixth Book, Effulgent Corruption is finished.
At 353,000 words, Effulgent Corruption is finished!
Honestly, I blab more about it on my blog ( www.nathanmajor.blogspot.com ). But this is my sixth and best novel, and is the one I'm going to push at WorldCON in August.

Kindle Publishing
I'm considering Kindle publishing my YA novel, Paradise Seekers. It was written last summer and got good reception from both writing group and others I passed it along to, so it has that. I'm @TheUselessGod (I think that's how you do it). It'll probably be mostly writing barf, but who knows. I hate to admit it, but twitter might be better suited for my ADHD way of functioning. CV1 vs CV2
Probably one of the best comparison videos as to why CV2 felt like a letdown compared to CV1, even when CV2: Simon's Quest added a lot of new, unique gameplay features that weren't just new for the series, but gaming as a whole at that time.
Oh, and uh...language warning for those easily offended. -
Christmas + BDay: Stuff Got
(I'll post a stuff given once I actually give everything to my wife, so as to not ruin the surprise of future gifts.

N64 Got, Retroing all up in this business
I managed to snag an N64 with a couple great games, two controllers, a rumble pack, and a memory expansion for quite cheap (all the games below and two very good controllers for only $45). I'm working on building a small but awesome retro game library. Here's what I've got so far, and what is on its way:
