GO KINGS GO! ONE MORE WIN AND THEY'RE GOING TO THE STANLEY CUP FINAL.
I had been tentatively planning to watch the finish of the Tour of California at L.A. Live on Sunday until they announced that both the Kings and the Clippers are playing there on the very same day. My brother is calling this weekend Downtown-mageddon. Friday are the Lakers with the Dodgers in nearby Dodgers Stadium, Saturday the Clippers & Lakers & Dodgers, and Sunday the cycling Tour & Kings & Clippers & Dodgers. It's going to be a zoo over there. Perhaps I'll find somewhere else on the route to plant myself and watch the cyclists go by.
Waaaaahhhhh, Breakout Kings has been cancelled! :-(:-(:-( I loved that ridonk show. It was my new Ridiculous Prison Break, only less slashy, with more characters I liked, and slightly better writing.
Preview for Elementary. IDC what anyone says. I'm giving this several episodes before passing judgment.
First look at CW's upcoming Arrow and Beauty & the Beast. I love the BatB story, but I don't know if I can handle more Lana Lang on a weekly basis. I'll read some reviews before giving this one a try. Arrow looks like a Batman Begins knock-off, but I might give it a few episodes.
OMGGGGGGGGGGG SEASON FINALE OF PERSON OF INTEREST!
My favorite thing about this episode is that Carter and Fusco finally found out they're working on the same team. I know that in some ways it was better for them not to know, so as not to unintentionally out each other to bad people, but it made me sadfaced that Carter was suspicious of Fusco when he's actually trying to do the right thing. It's good that they can both focus their energies on the actual bad guys and not on each other. And they can roll their eyes together at their mutual friends' cageyness.
I am worried that scary HR cop dude was able to see/hear Fusco helping Reese get away in the underground garage.
OMGGGGGGGGGGG AMY ACKER IS ROOOOOOOOT! AND OH NOES! ROOT HAS FINCH! I wasn't too surprised that Acker turned out to be a baddie after it took her so long to meet up with Finch and when we never made a lot of progress on who put out the hit on her, but it was a shock when she shot Alicia so quickly.
