Chiwetel Ejiofor was on Tavis Smiley the other day. ♥_♥ One of his favorite actors is Cary Grant, so more ♥♥♥♥, and he loves talking about Shakespeare. I know I say this just about every time I talk about him, but Marry Me, Chiwetel.

Jensen Ackles is engaged to a girl, as is CSI's George Eads. I'm actually more surprised about Eads. Hadn't Danneel been showing off The Rock in pictures before this weekend, though, or am I imagining things? Not that I blame her. ;-) This is a big step, so I really hope it works out for those crazy kids.

White Collar's Tiffani Theissen is going to have a baby! The stars are really aligning for her this year.

Stream Kris Allen's entire album. "Alright With Me" is such fun! ::plays it again:: How so adorable, Kris Allen? Apparently, he's going to perform on The Tonight Show on Friday, too.

Solo versions of a certain upcoming song on Glee. ::ponders:: I'm thinking they should have lowered the key for the first solo version. And the new single released today! Excellent choice of soloists on this one.

Vampire Diaries spoilery plot news. Oooooooooo. And casting news.

Smallville casting news. I thought I'd given up SV (again), but I might have to tune back in for this.

ABC has ordered 5 additional episodes of the forgotten, but passed on more of Eastwick. Huh, I would have expected it the other way around.

Someone over at los_angeles linked to this thread with pages and pages of amazing photos of old Los Angeles. Some of them are oh so L.A. Confidential, with lots of art deco awesomeness. Here are more cool old pics of L.A.

I was in the middle of an amazing dream when I woke up feeling like crap this morning. :-\ The case the L&O DA's office was working on entered the realm of the supernatural, which just so happened to be my area of expertise. So, I led Cutter around to visit my contacts, one of whom was a ridiculously good-looking werewolf, who pulled me aside after our meeting to tell me that Cutter was destined to become a werewolf. To which I responded :-O, and agonized over whether to share this information with Mike. And apparently it was Christmastime, and on our way back to the office, we came across a crowd watching a fireworks display accompanied by caroling. So naturally Cutter and I paused to belt out some carols while watching fireworks, which was random and still makes me giggle. Oh, and Connie was secretly an owl shapeshifter. :-D

Law & Order

LOL @ Bernard & Lupo's expressions when the victim's mother wanted them to look at old photo albums.

Jonathan Cake with an American accent? HAHA.

BWAHAHA @ Cutter in the scene with Connie and her old ex. SPANISH FAIL.

Lured from the Dark Side through food. Sounds good to me! ;-)

I'm sorry, if this was RL and that singing guy was taunting Connie, that bailiff would have gotten a little rough with him.

And for the second episode of the night:

HI HARRY CRANE. OMG he poked himself in the neck with a ballpoint pen! :-O

LOLLLLLLL @ the guy in the other bed eating his lunch while watching the impromptu hearing at the hospital.

Two melancholy endings in a row. :-(

Make your own Dexter blood slide suckers!

LOL @ Deb's 'return' and telling Quinn, "You should have that tattooed across your fat head."

HI LT. GROVES FROM PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN. But is Dexter the best serial killer you've ever seen? Caribbean rum? Booty? Thank you for the PotC shout-outs!

Dexter had a lot of hilarious lines:
  • "Now I'm really confused."
  • Dexter tilts his head."Even I'm disturbed by this."
  • "Two serial killers go for a ride..." ROAD TRIP! VACAY!
  • "It's a little too 'Into the Woods' for me."
  • "Tonight's the night."..."Okay, so tonight's not the night."
Pot-kettle, Maria!

That's a little creepy for a campfire story, Dexter. And that's what you get for doing a speed-job. You kill the wrong person! I do wonder what Quinn will find out about Dexter.

Castle

Castle + Ryan + Esposito + cats climbing upon them + tea = PARTY TIEM!

I was so glad to see more of the Chief in this episode. Being very determined and awesome.

LOL @ Martha on MySpace!

Castle [to the Chief]: THAT WAS AWESOME!

Ryan & Esposito were a little more amused than usual when telling Castle & Beckett about their suspect's gentleman company.

White Collar remains deliciously OT3.

All I have to say about the Mad Men finale: those white boys wouldn't know how to tie their shoes if not for Joan.
