I have a number of favorites:
I Want You Back (gotta love the Jackson 5. Their dance moves still amuse me)
Morning Glow (I'm not a big fan of Pippin, but I have three different renditions of this song I love it so much)
Workin' Day & Night
Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'
Thriller (I should probably just list the entire album)
Human Nature
P.Y.T.
The Way You Make Me Feel
Liberian Girl
Man in the Mirror (this was one of my favorites songs growing up)
Dirty Diana (I didn't really care for this one early on, but it sorta grew on me)
Smooth Criminal (CLASSIC)
Last night's episode of Burn Notice completely encompasses why I love the show. Funny, with wonderfully heartfelt moments, and always always full of awesome. I ♥ you, BN.
Royal Pains was great, too. I'm liking that show more and more as we go along.
Supernatural casting news. I like this actor!
Leverage casting news. I like this actress!
Hi,
Daniel Henney, you're good-looking.
Aww,
Michael Bay finally made an art movie [Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen].
Roger Federer in his 3rd round match at Wimbledon. I know most fans are most interested in him changing his shirt, but what I find most amusing is that even his belt has his initials on it.
And since all the reviews and pictures of Twelfth Night at Shakespeare in the Park are coming out, I thought I'd make a picspam of Stark Sands in that production, as Nate Fick in Generation Kill, and some other theatre & film projects. He's just so earnest and cute as a lil' button.
Hi, Stark Sands. You make an awesome Nate Fick.
And you mean business.
You look great in a helmet, which can be hard to do.
You also look great walking while holding a gun.
And standing while holding a gun.
And looking at stuff while holding a gun.
Also pointing at stuff while kneeling down.
And especially when you're being love-attacked by Alexander Skarsgard.
Here's Stark in a production of The Tempest last year with Mandy Patinkin.
You better watch out, Mandy.
Before all this, Stark was nominated for a Tony for his role in Journey's End. Here he is with Hugh Dancy.
Aww.
And here is Stark with Charles Busch, who played his mom in Die, Mommie Die!
Stark was also in Flags of Our Fathers with Paul Walker, among others.
Which leads us to this week and the opening of Twelfth Night. Stark plays Sebastian, twin brother to Viola (Anne Hathaway).
He gets love-attacked by Audra McDonald, too. I don't blame her.
But I'll be honest--I've always been an Antonio/Sebastian shipper (Antonio is on the left, looking like a pirate).
With hey, ho, the wind and the rain.
He looks so much younger with longer hair (that's a wig, though).
Curtain call!
This is my favorite pic. Their expressions say, "Wait, wut?"
So there's your crash course in Stark Sands. \o/
