Hustle has been renewed for a sixth series. I'm very behind on the new series, but I like it so far.

According to TV Guide, there is a chance the last three episodes of Pushing Daisies may air during the summer. Thank goodness for that, but what a wait. :-(

New promo pics of Gambit & Sabertooth from X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Rumor from AICN: the Wachowskis have been approached about taking on a reboot trilogy of Superman.

RDJ & Jude Law on Holmes & Watson: "I think the word bromance is so passé," Downey grinned. "We are two men who happen to be roommates who wrestle a lot and share a bed..."

Billy Mays proposes a "Pitch-Off" between himself and Vince of ShamWow. I love ya, Vince, but I think Billy can take you.

Got this from BoingBoing: a retro Nintendo blanket! My favorites are the three Final Fantasy characters along the top (because when the White Mage grows up, he's one cute bunch of pixels ;-)), but the MegaMan & Mario are cute, too.

Rachel and Kent's Melodramatic Reenactment the other day was very funny. Love Judge Maddow! And the Just Enough segment at NYCC was really great. I'm glad they talked to amusing and thoughtful comics fans. And today, Rachel talked about the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and I could see her bright bright red shoes under the desk!

There was a wonderful documentary on Sundance Channel today about Jack Taylor, a suit stylist who's been doing his thing since the Golden Age of Hollywood. He makes amazing suits that fit the men wearing them oh-so-well and made from only the finest materials. Fabulous. And as I've often said: I prefer a well-dressed man to a half-dressed one.

Don't have anything constructive to say about NCIS, except that Ziva was awesome in the kicking-butt area, and I loved her trenchcoat with the red trim.

Oh, and did anyone find it odd how ENERGETIC Franks was? And how EXCITED everyone (except Vance) was to see him? Maybe it was just me...

Do have to say that in regard to the preview for next week, yay for the return of Tony's Campfire! I love campfires. I'm skeptical about the premise because it seems a re-tread, but we'll see.

And also related to the preview for next week's NCIS: after seeing it, copperbadge wrote the Dexter/NCIS ficlet, Style, wherein Dexter finds in a kindred spirit in a delightfully devilish DiNozzo.

::laughs:: Here's some video of the cast of Fringe at NYCC. They are pretty silly. And here they are being cute in pictures. Have nothing to say about Fringe except that I still love it for inexplicable reasons. It's not a perfect show, and though it doesn't reach Prison Break levels of ridiculousness, it's all about the ~*~mystery~*~ and there are more questions than answers so far. But I just go along with it and like it anyway. ::shrug:: Too bad I have to wait until April for more episodes! :-(

Leverage:
"What did you have for breakfast? You smell like gravy." Oh Parker, you always know how to charm.

Hee, Hardison and Nate not wanting Parker to get between them and their football. DOUBLE HEE for Hardison going door-to-door with the Jehovah's Witnesses. That was really sweet of him to explain to Nate that Parker didn't have that sort of experience.

Nate: Who plays chess?
Eliot: I do.
Nate: Of course you do.

Eliot and Hardison, dumpster-diving, and it wasn't the first time. Speak for yourself, Hardison. Some of us would like very much to see you and Eliot's mouth-to-mouth.

Eliot: I love apples. Apples are my favorite fruit. (I love how mock-enthusiastic Eliot is)
[...]
Parker: I put a razor blade in that apple!
::apple spills out of Eliot's mouth::

Lauren Holly is pretty fierce in this episode. And I love Sophie helping Parker on how to deal with people.

::laughs:: Love Eliot's friend who played the Mumbai International exec. I want to hear more of their story.

Awww, Nate and Sophie sent Hardison and Parker on their way with their briefcase/lunch. They are SUCH a family, and I love them all.

HARDISON, YOU ROCKED IT. And the first suit, the all-black with the silvery tie? Hot. Laying the smackdown. And yes, Hardison, I got the letter with the County of Los Angeles on it! If I get called in, I too hope it isn't as bad as I thought. I guess if I do get added to a jury in March, I should take my cues from Parker. ;-)

"I don't have any men. I wear sandals!" Cooked flesh! "Alice made a friend!" Armin Shimerman & Brent Spiner! With Frakes directing! Which leads to CUTE PICTURE and CUTEST PICTURE. Also, after seeing his friend in this role, Wil Wheaton and Brent have a Twitter conversation. So, should this episode have been called "The Trek Job?"

Just two things about Law & Order. 1) that Operation Molly lady really needs to step off when Lt. Van Buren says so, and 2) OMG, it's Brian from Dexter as the defense attorney!!! With bad hair.

CSI:
Love teacher!Nick.

Hey, is that manager lady in the pink track suit Megan Hilty? IT IS! G(A)LINDA!!! She was my Glinda the second time I saw Wicked, and she has an amazing set of pipes. Don't believe me? Watch "Thank Goodness" (especially from 6 minutes on; and this was her last performance in this role on Broadway, so she was a bit emotional) then "For Good."

Well now, David. Didn't know you had it in you. ;-)

Langston got In-N-Out! Aww, and now it's going to waste. :-(

OMG, it's Pip from The Middleman!!!

Also love Nick hanging out at Brass' office. Nick sitting at his desk is just as cute.

Mandy! ILU.

Langston can never turn down picking at a dead body. And speaking Mandarin? HOT. Even Archie was impressed.

I like Catherine's argyle sweater. I've been looking for an argyle sweater myself, but haven't found one of the right color combination. If I saw this one in stores, though, I'd get it.

Don't let The Man get you down, Hodges.

Aww, Langston can be near the morgue!

Hey, I just realized that Vartann is in not one but two of my shows this evening!

And here he is on Burn Notice! Hi Bly! You're so smarmy. I was just missing Barry the Money Launderer, too. I'm glad to see him again.

Oh, Badger, still up to your old tricks?

I love seeing Mike do his MacGyver thing. I also love how helpful the other office workers are. For once, no one becomes hysterical or does anything stupid.

Hee, love Fi's 'eww' look at the thought of Sam shaving his legs.

Ick, poor Mike having to throw up the pills. :-(

SAM YOU'RE AWESOME.

And aww, Badger had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. ;-)

Yay, dinner with Ma!

Fi and Sam argue over who Mike loves better, while Mike tries unsuccessfully to get a word in edgewise.

Bly is going to owe Mike big time after saving his skin so many times. And this episode gave a lot of Bly/Michael slash potential. Instead of destroying one another, they shared a bottle of booze. And now Bly sits on Mike's bed, helps Mike out, and now they're square, making me happy inside.

I loved this episode.

Hey, next week the guys who were tailing Mike back in Season 1 are back!

ncis, burn notice, csi, leverage, law&order, fringe
